You'll be the mind (and taste buds) behind new-age products — from reinventing mithai to crafting next-gen fusion snacks. This role goes beyond cooking — it's about leading the full R&D lifecycle: from concept to kitchen to shelf. You'll create, test, standardize, launch, and scale — all while building and mentoring a culinary team that can replicate your vision across our outlets. 🍴 What You'll Do: - Dream up new products across namkeens, mithai, fusion snacks & bakery - Experiment, taste-test, refine, and perfect your creations - Standardize recipes & processes with clear SOPs for consistency - Collaborate with production, packaging, and retail teams for launches - Build and lead a kitchen innovation team to roll out products at scale - Stay ahead of market trends and ensure every bite is on point with customer tastes 👨🍳 Who You Are: - A chef with strong experience in Indian sweets, namkeens, or modern/fusion snacks - Passionate about experimenting and pushing creative boundaries - Strong in execution — balancing creativity with commercial practicality - Able to develop & document processes for replication across locations - Leadership experience or ambition to build and manage a team - Culinary degree/diploma is a plus — but great taste and great ideas matter most 🎁 What You'll Get: - A platform to innovate at one of Gujarat's most iconic food brands - The chance to shape product lines enjoyed by thousands every day - An on-site, hands-on role with full creative freedom - Competitive pay + a collaborative and fast-moving work culture 📍 This is a full-time, on-site role in Vadodara 🛑 Only candidates based in Vadodara or willing to relocate will be considered 📩 Ready to stir up something amazing?
