Mendix Lead Experience : 9-12 yrs Location : Bangalore Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Mendix Tech Lead with a deep understanding of low-code application development, architecture, and deployment using the Mendix platform. In this technical leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Mendix developers in designing and implementing complex, high-performance applications while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Energies, Oil & Gas industry knowledge is added advantage. • Experience of 5-8 years with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience on Mendix. • Mendix Advanced Developer Certification(required). • Mendix Expert Certification (Preferred). • Expertise in Mendix web and mobile app development. • Work closely with business analysts and other development teams to understand business requirements. • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for implementing SSO (Single Sign-On) and managing role-based access control (RBAC) within Mendix applications. • Help maintain quality and consistency of applications. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for Mendix applications, automating builds and deployments using Mendix tools and best practices. • Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure functionality and performance. • Monitor application quality and performance (including speed, memory management, CPU, and disk usage). • Provide solutions that improve business value through enhanced application features and performance. • Document technical applications including architecture, design decisions, and system configurations. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. • Team management/Team lead experience is preferred. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremony expected. • Proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Studio. • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks. • Experience with integration protocols such as REST, SOAP, and XML. • Familiarity with database technologies like MSSQL or PostgreSQL. • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). • Understanding of industrial operations, factory site management, and energy sector applications.
