Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system bugs and user issues.
- Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
- Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Perform data management tasks including data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and release management processes.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development and support experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, workflows).
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
- Experience with debugging and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
