Program Manager - Learning Development eLearning Full-Time Onsite Noida India Role Type Full-time permanent employee Location Onsite Noida India Working Hours Standard business hours with flexibility for global time zones About the Role We re seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in the eLearning industry to lead large-scale learning and development programs for global clients This is a high-impact role where you ll design and deliver initiatives that build critical employee capabilities while ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects regions and stakeholders As a trusted partner to our clients you ll consult uncover real learning needs and shape solutions in collaboration with Learning Experience Architects You ll provide oversight for delivery manage governance and build long-term customer relationships that drive both outcomes and account growth This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving client-facing environments and who is motivated by the challenge of transforming how organizations develop their people What You ll Do Lead the end-to-end program management lifecycle planning budgeting execution delivery and governance Partner with clients to understand goals budgets and constraints and translate them into actionable plans Provide oversight to cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery that meets client expectations Manage multiple programs simultaneously across global accounts US UK and EMEA regions Drive KPIs across schedule quality budget and client satisfaction Proactively identify risks resolve challenges and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams Mentor guide and inspire project managers and team members Spot opportunities for growth contribute to solutioning and proposals and help win new work Mandatory Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline 15 years of experience in the online learning eLearning industry with a strong record of customer success 8 years of project program management experience with at least 2 years in program management specifically PMP certification mandatory Demonstrated strength in program governance strategic thinking forecasting capacity planning and client management Proven ability to manage complex programs including revenue and cost management Desired Requirements PgMP certification highly desired Extensive experience managing clients across global time zones US UK and EMEA Critical Soft Skills Excellent presentation skills virtual and in-person Proactive crisp communicator who builds confidence with stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-starter with a track record of delivering results in complex environments Why Join Us This role offers the chance to make a measurable impact on how organizations prepare their workforce for the future You ll work with global clients cutting-edge learning strategies and a passionate team dedicated to shaping the future of corporate learning If you re a seasoned program leader in the eLearning space who s ready to take on global challenges and deliver transformational results we d love to hear from you
