(High Salary) Service Engineer

About the position This position is for ce Representative SR in Services India Organization who will be accountable for installing inspecting maintaining troubleshooting and repairing GIS AIS and LT Realy SR will maintain retrofit and provide technical support for all Schneider products both in the shop and on site Work on competitive equipment may also be part of the role SR will instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment SR will provide technical instruction and guidance to new and less experienced SR Maintain service equipment tools and documentation Identify sales opportunities and submit them to sales teams in the system Any intervention will have to be prepared and executed in respect of safety guidelines prevention plan protection equipment etc Roles and responsibilities Advise customers on different opportunities to optimize its install base and create lead generation business opportunities Leads or contributes to Services small projects coordination and execution on customer site end of life modernization upgrade Perform basic audits of customer s electrical systems and equipment Understand Eco-struxure offer and provide technical explanation to Customers Document all required information for each site technical report Properly document label and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of equipment to the designated disposal repair location Develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up Research evaluate and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs Assist Schneider Electric Service Partners in site visits evaluating technical and professional performance When at customer site looks for other business opportunities outside current scope of work and lead them to the sales team Is in permanent coordination with his her planner coordinator for smooth execution of on-site activities Will escalate to Services technical expert in the countries as needed when unable to solve a technical issue Perform Services Operations by providing best in class customer experience and promote Schneider signature Must comply with all safety policies practices and procedures Skills required Must have knowledge of electrical protection system Must have knowledge of Electrical equipment safety parameters it s operation philosophy Must have knowledge on GIS AIS Protection Relay and Transformers Must have knowledge of switchgear transformer Motor operation industry application Must have knowledge of Modbus Profibus communication IEC 61850 protocol Must have knowledge of Ethernet switch Gateway Router it s application in digital network Must have knowledge of system architecture in-terms of digital network Must have knowhow of cybersecurity clear understanding on data flow through cloud Basis communication skill able to manage customer independently Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals Ability to read analyze and interpret general business procedures professional documents technical procedures and governmental regulations Ability to write reports and procedure manuals Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients and customers Handle multiple tasks simultaneously Team player Comfortable working under pressure Analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must Strong business acumen with great organizational communication and presentation skills Superior customer relations and interaction skills Willingness to grow as an individual and part of a team in an exciting challenging and fast-paced environment Qualifications Qualification Diploma Electrical Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of work experience Schedule Full-time Req 009EF1
