Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Relationship Manager to oversee client engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing long-term relationships, resolving client issues, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement with existing customers. The role requires a combination of strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail, along with the capability to collaborate across departments such as sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Roles and Responsibility: · Calling customers to sell the products by giving them brief of product prices, features and benefits and understanding their requirements etc. · Handling the customers database accurately. · Understanding the customer’s grievance . · Attracting customer by demonstrating about merchandise and services. · Going “out of the box” to achieve future sales targets.
