Job Title: Analyst - Strategy & PMO

Job Summary:

As a Transitions Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transition of business processes, services, and systems from one operational state to another. This role involves working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, to ensure a smooth and efficient transition with minimal disruption to operations. The analyst is also responsible for gathering data, analysing risks, developing transition plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Key Responsibilities:

- Ops Excellence Governance:
- Fully design and plan the company's Ops Excellence program and come up with ideas to implement it and execute existing plans in place
- Work closely with all senior leaders and teams to drive the OE framework and monitor the progress through logical dashboards (Excel and PowerBI) tracking performance metrics
- Analyze performance trends, identify potential risks and present them through insightful power points as needed to the leadership team
- Project Management:
- Drive the adoption and execution of project management methodologies tailored to the operational needs, ensuring efficient delivery of initiatives
- Train and mentor people in PM methodologies
- Ops Routines:
- Strategize and drive various Ops routines such as Townhalls, NPS, Target Management, Ops Events, Stakeholder visits, Engagement initiatives, etc.
- Challenge the status quo to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these routines
- Work with various Ops and GCC teams for data coordination and own the data quality for these routines
- Continuous Improvement:
- Actively participate in the pursuit of continuous improvements through internal audits, benchmarking analysis, NPS initiatives
- Display Growth and solutions mindset to uncover opportunities amidst bottlenecks
- Coordinate the transition activities, follow up on progress and work on issue resolution when needed
- Work closely with the Process Tower leads and the team members ensuring clear process understanding

Qualifications:

- Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or relevant Functional background from a recognized institution.

Work Experience & Skills:

- Must have 3+ years of relevant work experience in leading operations, projects, continuous improvement programs, PMO for EMEA region
- Knowledge of Account Payables, Order to Cash, Records to Reports
