Job Title: SAP IBP Principal Consultant / Lead / Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver SAP IBP solutions across modules (Supply, Demand, Inventory Optimization, Order-Based Planning).
- Lead client-facing activities including workshops, UAT, solution walkthroughs, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales & Alliances teams to support pre-sales, proposals, and IBP business growth.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants; contribute to internal knowledge base, assets, and accelerators.
- Drive value creation by enhancing delivery efficiency and reducing cost-to-serve.

Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, including 3+ years in end-to-end SAP IBP implementations.
- Strong expertise in at least one IBP module (Supply, Demand, or Order-Based Planning).
- Proven configuration skills: planning areas, key figures, planning views, application jobs.
- Strong knowledge of ECC master data & transactional data management.
- Ability to define CPI specs and integration requirements.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience in leading workshops.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to SAP APO or other advanced planning tools.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MTech, or MS) in Supply Chain / Operations.
- Experience in building IBP accelerators, reusable templates, or go-to-market initiatives.
