We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee the construction and execution of a residential project in Puri The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in alignment with architectural and structural drawings project specifications and quality standards The role requires strong technical knowledge on-site supervision skills and the ability to manage schedules materials and billing processes effectively Key Responsibilities Project Alignment Ensure all construction work is executed strictly as per approved architectural and structural drawings Site Supervision Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and high-quality execution of work Execution Planning Develop and implement work schedules manpower plans and material requirements to meet project timelines Quality Control Assurance Conduct regular inspections to ensure materials and workmanship comply with quality and safety standards Measurement Billing Prepare and verify measurements of work executed on-site for contractor billing and client reporting Coordination Liaise with architects contractors consultants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Documentation Maintain accurate records of site activities progress reports material usage and daily logs Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on-site Issue Resolution Identify potential issues delays or deviations and take proactive steps to resolve them Reporting Provide regular progress updates and reports to project management and senior engineers Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential building construction Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management software Knowledge of local construction practices materials and standards Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
