Responsibilities

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Administration features of the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning Management System (LMS).
- Understand and apply comprehensive learning operations knowledge to execute effective course deployment strategies to global audiences.
- Strong and effective in written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Analyze and provide recommendations to address existing problems.
- Develops creative solutions in preparation for unforeseen issues.
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills quickly and accurately in a high-pressure situation
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and customer-focused professional who can pivot priorities based on changing business needs
- Support our internal community by driving impact through collaborative working relationships
- Be able to network with, and appropriately identify and involve key internal stakeholders to influence outcomes in cross-functional settings

Required Skill Set

- Certified on CSOD certifications Core and Learning
- Must have worked on CSOD platform for more than 5 years
