About the Role:

As our Jewellery Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

- Analyzing market trends and customer preferences to identify emerging styles and anticipate demand.
- Developing and executing merchandising strategies to optimize sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborating with designers and suppliers to source unique and high-quality pieces.
- Managing inventory and ensuring accurate product information across all platforms.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewellery construction.
- Showcasing a keen understanding of luxury brand positioning and the premium customer experience.

- A strong understanding of jewellery craftsmanship and design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising software.
- Educational Background: A degree in Fashion Management from NIFT, or a degree from Pearl Academy, or a reputable international jewellery design institute is mandatory.
