Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Principal Consultant, Technical Lead In this role, you will be responsible for leading full stack development teams in delivering scalable enterprise applications using Java and Angular frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting cloud-native solutions, managing client expectations, and driving delivery excellence across agile teams. Responsibilities - Lead end-of-the-end design and development of full stack applications using Java/.Net, Spring boot/MVC, Angular/ React, and RESTful API's Microservices - Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions. - Own delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. - Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. - Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide technical leadership, and manage stakeholder expectations. - Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automated testing. - Ensure security, scalability, and performance of applications in cloud environments. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in software development with strong expertise in Java/.Net Technologies - Proven experience in leading full stack development teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. - Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.). - Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence. - Certifications in cloud technologies or architecture are a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams. - - - - - -
