Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary - Real Estate Candidate only We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our real estate sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies managing client relationships meeting sales targets and mentoring junior sales professionals This role demands a deep understanding of the real estate market strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Lead motivate and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and or commercial projects Generate and follow up on high-quality leads through digital platforms brokers channel partners and walk-ins Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Guide clients through property site visits deal negotiations and final closures Coordinate with marketing legal and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction flow Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Prepare regular reports on sales performance forecasts and team productivity Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure consistent performance standards Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or related field MBA preferred Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in real estate sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of the local real estate market customer preferences and regulatory environment Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
