Responsible and accountable for providing line management leadership to Statistical programming teams working across (ADaM, TLF, SDTM) within ICON Strategic Solutions. - Ensure team deliverables are met to the expected quality within agreed timelines. - Mentor / develop teams under the guidance of Manager / Sr. Manager or designee. - Support Operations activities covering recruitment planning, interviewing, employee onboarding & invoice management under minimal supervision.
