Company DescriptionThe Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services in the areas of automotive technology industrial technology consumer goods energy and building technology In India the Group operates through six subsidiaries with a combined associate strength of around 26 000 and a group turnover of around Rs 13 200 crores in 2013 In India Bosch Limited is the flagship company of the Bosch Group Over and above a strong presence in the India Automotive services sector Bosch in India has a vast service network that spans across 1 000 towns and cities with over 3000 service outlets As the largest auto component supplier in the country setting a benchmark in the sectors it operates in the company has to its credit several laurels We invite promising and dynamic professionals for a long-term and rewarding career with Bosch Manage the daily maintenance operations and supervise a team of maintenance personnel within the department or function to ensure reliability and availability of machines and equipment for production Ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and quality and safety standards are followed to ensure that machines and equipment remain operational Team Supervision-Manage lead a team of maintenance personnel assign tasks prioritize and monitor the performance to ensure on-time completion of maintenance activities Provide training to maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform tasks safely and efficiently Problem Solving-Provide quick response and support in diagnosing and trouble shooting maintenance problems using the technical expertise and collaboration with the team to find effective solutions Participate in TPM activities Maintenance Activities-Allocate maintenance tasks repairs inspections and preventive maintenance activities to team members based on skill levels workload and equipment needs Plan regular inspections to identify potential issues wear and tear or signs of malfunction and address them before they escalate Reporting and Documentation-Provide regular reports on maintenance activities repairs and equipment status to stakeholders Track key department KPIs such as MTBF MTTR PMI completion and other relevant metrics Keep track of spare parts inventory and initiate procurement processes as needed Continuous Improvement-Document and analyse maintenance activities repairs inspections maintenance schedules equipment history trends to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes Identify opportunities for Digital projects smart automation cost reduction improvements etc QualificationsB E B Tech in relevant field Mechanical Electrical Electronics Instrumentation 2-6 years in Manufacturing Automobile Production Industry Hands-on working and trouble shooting on SPM honing grinding cleaning assembly process etc Additional Information Advance knowledge and understanding of Machine elements and control systems Advance knowledge in Diagnosis Trouble shooting skills of machine elements Willingness to work in 3 shifts as FLM in maintenance Advance knowledge in Root cause identification correctives Actions Machine gauge capability Advance knowledge on electrical and mechanical safety
