Role : Product Designer(UI/UX Designer)

Location: Delhi (Sultanpur)

Job Type: Full Time (Work from Office)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) with 24 years of experience, preferably from an EdTech background, who has a strong eye for detail, creativity, and usability. Candidates from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) are preferred, but this is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Hero Vireds web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to define user flows and design decisions.
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, especially within EdTech and learning platforms.

Requirements:

- 24 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer in a digital-first company.
- Prior experience in EdTech or higher education platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
- NIFT pass-outs will be preferred, but candidates from other strong design schools are welcome.
