Job Description Description We are seeking a Reliability Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing reliable systems that can scale effectively. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure system performance and resilience. Responsibilities - Design and implement reliable and scalable systems architecture. - Conduct regular system performance analysis and optimization. - Develop and maintain best practices for reliability engineering. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on reliability goals. - Lead incident management processes and root cause analysis. - Create and maintain documentation related to architecture and reliability processes. Skills and Qualifications - 10-12 years of experience in system architecture or reliability engineering. - Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). - Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation. - Understanding of network protocols and security principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
