Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Sales Associate with 23 years of hands-on experience in digital sales and online customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone who understands online consumer behavior, knows how to convert interest into sales, and can thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound sales via online channels (website chat, email, social media, marketplaces) Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling, and order placement Monitor and follow up on abandoned carts, Wishlist, and lead generation forms Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and drive traffic to the store Track and report key sales metrics and customer behavior Maintain product listings with accurate information and pricing Handle post-sales service including returns, exchanges, and customer satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings Requirements: 23 years of sales experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment Strong understanding of online shopping platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) Familiarity with e-commerce tools like CRMs, live chat, and order management systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Why Join Black Panda A Culture of Innovation: We're not just a company; we're a movement.
