Job Description

SAP professionals specialize in one or a few areas (like SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, ABAP, etc.).The ideal candidate will provide cross-functional expertise in the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, ensuring business alignment and seamless integration between various SAP modules and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or support end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support across multiple SAP modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, integrated SAP solutions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices.
- Provide functional and technical expertise across multiple SAP modules including (but not limited to):
- SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling)
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP QM (Quality Management)
- SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
- SAP HCM/SuccessFactors (Human Capital Management)
- SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management)
- SAP TM (Transportation Management)
- SAP Ariba, SAP IBP, SAP APO
- SAP Basis, SAP Security, SAP GRC
- SAP BI/BW/BO, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori/UI5
- Ensure integration points between modules function correctly.
- Lead cross-functional teams and act as the SAP subject matter expert (SME).
- Prepare documentation including functional specs, configuration documents, training materials, and test scripts.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.
- Ensure SAP system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, with strong exposure across multiple modules.
- Proven experience in at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and migration strategies.
- Strong cross-functional understanding and ability to integrate processes across modules.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments.
