Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Junior Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations for Phase 1 of the project. The candidate will be responsible for measurement verification, quantity estimation, contractor supervision, and on-site quality control to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities - Conduct daily site supervision and ensure work progress as per drawings and schedule. - Take accurate measurements and prepare material quantity estimates for procurement and billing. - Verify contractor work, check measurements, and assist in preparing contractor payment certificates. - Monitor and maintain quality control as per project specifications and structural drawings. - Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and contractors to resolve on-site issues. - Maintain daily progress reports, checklists, and safety compliance records. - Support the senior engineer and project manager in ensuring timely completion of milestones. Required Skills & Qualifications - Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering - 1–3 years of site experience (preferably in residential or villa projects) - Sound knowledge of quantity take-offs, bar bending schedules, and billing - Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage labor teams and work under deadlines What We Offer - Opportunity to work on a landmark residential project by Surendra Satya LLP - Exposure to premium construction standards and on-site project management - Accommodation/travel support (for outstation candidates) - Growth opportunities within our expanding real estate portfolio
