Design and Planning Client Consultation Gather and understand the client s requirements vision and budget for the project Conceptualization Design Develop creative designs produce detailed plans and integrate engineering elements into a unified design Technical Analysis Work with structural and civil engineers to ensure the building is structurally sound and incorporates necessary systems Material Specification Research select and specify materials and finishes for the project Budget and Contract Management Cost Estimation Estimate project costs at various stages to help manage the budget and financial feasibility Bidding and Tenders Assist in the bidding process analyze tender reports and help select contractors Contract Review Help ensure that the contractual agreements accurately define the scope of work and responsibilities Construction Oversight Site Supervision Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure implementation matches the design and specifications Problem Solving Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction providing timely solutions and adjustments to the design Quality Control Maintain quality control to ensure that work meets acceptable standards and is built according to the plans Compliance Ensure the building complies with all relevant local and national building codes and regulations Communication and Coordination Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a bridge between the client construction team and other stakeholders fostering communication and teamwork Team Coordination Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors to facilitate a smooth workflow and timely project completion Documentation Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings and reports for various phases of the project Job Type Full-time Pay 14 836 63 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Experience Service-oriented architecture 5 years Required Interior design 5 years Required Location Panchkula Haryana Required Willingness to travel 50 Required
