Job Description Location: Bangalore, India (In-Office) Education: Master's Degree in Mathematics is mandatory About the Role We are looking for a Math Resource Person who lives at the intersection of logic and creativity. You won't just be solving equations; you will be reimagining how students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 experience mathematics. Your mission is to move beyond rote memorization and build conceptual depth through innovative learning tools and content. Key Responsibilities - Curriculum Design: Create high-quality, scaffolded learning materials (worksheets, lesson plans, and assessments) for K-12. - Tool Development: Design and prototype physical or digital manipulatives, games, and learning tools that help students visualize abstract concepts. - Pedagogical Innovation: Research and implement modern teaching methodologies to make math fear-free and relatable. - Quality Assurance: Ensure mathematical accuracy and clarity across all educational products. Who You Are - The Math Expert: You hold a Master's in Mathematics and have a rock-solid grasp of everything from foundational arithmetic to advanced calculus/statistics. - The Creative Thinker: You can explain the Pythagorean theorem through a story, a game, or a hands-on activity.
