Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Manage registrations and enrolments for workshops, programs, and events. - Support the filling of programs by engaging prospective participants. - Communicate with participants via email, WhatsApp, and social media. - Make and receive calls to assist participants and answer queries. - Coordinate and manage events, workshops, and festivals. - Counsel participants to help them select appropriate programs. - Engage with visitors on campus and provide program-related information. - Coordinate with facilitators, artists, and internal teams for program execution. - Build rapport with participants, demonstrating interest in self-exploration and community engagement. - Maintain clear and effective verbal and written communication in English, with moderate Hindi-speaking skills.
