Company Description Join Syngenta Group a leader in agricultural innovation where technology meets purpose As digital pioneers in AgTech we re integrating AI across our value chain from smart breeding to precision agriculture Our global team of 56 000 professionals is transforming sustainable farming worldwide At Syngenta IT Digital your expertise will directly impact food security and shape the future of agriculture through cutting-edge technology Website address - Position Overview - Enterprise Integration Associate Platform Lead We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team focusing on Enterprise integration solutions API management and automation in integration areas The role involves working on newer platforms handling operations resolving critical incidents and managing stakeholders effectively Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain integration solutions and APIs with a focus on automation and innovation Lead integration development projects on emerging platforms and technologies Manage vendor relationships and coordinate effectively with business stakeholders Handle production support issues resolve critical incidents and implement continuous service improvements CSI Oversee problem management following ITIL frameworks ensuring efficient operation and incident resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BASIS Network Cloud and Functional teams to drive integration initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field 4 years of hands-on experience in integration technologies Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite API management and integration automation Basic understanding of SAP BASIS administration Familiarity with AWS cloud services and networking concepts Understanding of ITIL frameworks and problem management Proven track record in production support operations including critical incident resolution Technical Skills SAP Integration Suite and advanced integration development API Management Development and Automation AWS Cloud Services and emerging platforms Integration Patterns Technologies and Automation Tools SAP BASIS fundamentals Network and Platform basics Soft Skills Effective stakeholder management abilities Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Vendor management experience Team collaboration and leadership Project coordination and management Additional Requirements Experience in production support environments with a focus on critical incident management Knowledge of continuous service improvement CSI methodologies ITIL certification preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies Willingness to handle on-call support when needed Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field Additional Information Note Syngenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in recruitment hiring training promotion or any other employment practices for reasons of race color religion gender national origin age sexual orientation gender identity marital or veteran status disability or any other legally protected status Follow us on LinkedIn LI page
