Job Description

- Offer legal counsel on regulatory and compliance matters specific to IT/ITeS sector.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.
- Support the resolution of legal disputes and liaise with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their potential impact on the business.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and legal frameworks.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

- A degree in law or equivalent qualifications relevant to the legal field
- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in handling legal matters within the IT/ITeS industry
- Experience in a Software Product industry is a must
