As a Business Analyst at ICON, you will analyze activity performance, develop accurate reporting tools, ensure consistent project reporting, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization by collaborating with various departments. What You Will Be Doing: - Develop and maintain custom sales and expense tracking dashboards. - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend action plans. - Implement tools and analytical measures for guidance to finance, operations, and senior management. - Manage Key Financial Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Track, monitor, and update sales opportunities across business units. - Coordinate revenue and backlog forecasting in collaboration with Finance. - Provide regular reports on key financial metrics, participate in Salesforce software training, and assist in developing Project Management work process documents. Your Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - 3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis. - Proficiency in using data visualization tools and dashboard creation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with Salesforce software is a plus.
