Primary Requirement: - 6-12 years of experience in Zscaler - Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad - Must-Have Zscaler Proxy, ZIA , ZPA, ZCC, ZDX, DLP - Good-to-Have Firewall, VPN, NAC ZIA : - Manage, configure, and support ZIA policies, web filtering, URL categorization,firewall and SSL inspection. - Troubleshoot internet access, authentication, application access, and performance issues. - Handle escalations related to content filtering, SSL decryption, and bandwidth control. ZPA: - Configure and maintain ZPA policies, application segments, and connectors. - Troubleshoot ZPA connectivity issues, including App Connector failures and segment misconfigurations. - Provide advanced troubleshooting for TCP/UDP connections through ZPA tunnels. - Collaborate with application teams for new ZPA onboarding and testing - Monitor and optimize ZPA performance and resource utilization. - Integrate ZPA with third-party identity providers for secure Zero Trust Access DLP: - Configure Zscaler DLP policies to protect sensitive data across ZIA and ZPA - Monitor DLP alerts, incidents, and generate reports for compliance audits. - Analyze false positives/negatives and fine-tune DLP rules - Collaborate with compliance and data governance teams on DLP strategies.
