Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Executive Operations will support the daily functions of the HR department including onboarding, documentation, HRIS maintenance, employee data management, attendance and leave tracking, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with HR processes and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee life cycle processes including onboarding, background verification, transfers, and exits.

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and physical files.

Coordinate payroll inputs like attendance, leave, and overtime data.

Ensure timely issue and tracking of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

Support HR audits and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation.

Assist in implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Manage attendance and leave records using HR software or manual systems.

Coordinate with internal departments for resolving HR operational issues.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salary slips, PF, ESI, etc.

Support training logistics, employee engagement events, and other HR initiatives.
