Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven Electrical Design Engineer who will play a key role in winning and executing EPC projects and B2B tenders. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure our electrical systems are optimized for performance, cost, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and interpret tender documents, electrical designs, and specifications for modular construction projects.
- Conduct value engineering of electrical systems to optimize cost, efficiency, and performance.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and electrical purchase BOMs in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with electrical consultants for design validation, drawing reviews, and GFC (Good for Construction) approvals.
- Provide technical support during project execution, resolving site-related electrical queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (civil, mechanical, procurement, and project management) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay updated with relevant codes, standards, and emerging technologies in electrical systems and construction.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in electrical design, estimation, or EPC projects (construction/infra industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, cost estimation, and value engineering.
- Familiarity with tender processes, GFC drawings, and electrical codes/standards & tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, Google Sheets, AI (LLMs), and Revit.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
