Job Description

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as per the healthcare industry standards.
- Help in filing of DRHP for IPO
- Make the company IPO ready
- Prepare and maintain records, including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
- Provide guidance to the board on corporate governance and best practices.
- Manage shareholder communications and ensure adherence to all legal obligations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
- Oversee the preparation of annual reports and disclosures as required by law.
- Support the organisation's strategic objectives through effective secretarial and governance practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of secretarial duties.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Company Secretary should have:

- A professional qualification in Company Secretaryship from a recognised institution.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and legal frameworks in South Goa.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage secretarial responsibilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
