Job Title Site Engineer Location Ujjain Madhya Pradesh Years of experience 3-5 Years Department Engineering Construction Job Summary The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction projects on-site ensuring work is carried out safely efficiently and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards The role involves coordinating with contractors clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage on-site construction activities ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Interpret and review engineering drawings specifications and designs for accurate execution Monitor progress and quality of work ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements Coordinate with contractors suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations on-site Maintain detailed documentation of site activities including daily reports progress updates and material usage Support project managers in resource planning scheduling and cost control Provide technical guidance to junior engineers interns and construction workers as needed Assist in resolving any on-site technical problems that arise during the construction process Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects Strong understanding of construction procedures materials and project management principles Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project or other engineering software Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of safety standards and building codes Desirable Attributes Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Working Conditions On-site presence required with exposure to construction environments May require extended working hours depending on project deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 11 242 73 - 35 393 24 per month Application Question s In how many days can you join us What is your Expected CTC What is your current CTC What is your official notice period Location Ujjain Madhya Pradesh Required Work Location In person
