How will you make an impact in this role The Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives that enhance the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) ecosystem and drive data-informed decision-making across the enterprise cloud environment. This role combines technical program management, business analytics, and strategic leadership to deliver optimized, scalable, and inclusive engineering solutions. The individual will work closely with CI/CD engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in toolchain efficiency, resource utilization, and process inclusivity. - CI/CD and DevOps Program Leadership - Capacity Planning and Optimization - Business Insights and Reporting - Engagement Ownership and Cross-Functional Leadership - Coordinate priorities, dependencies, and execution across engineering, operations, and product functions. Minimum Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: Demonstrated experience working with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools & Proven background in data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
