Hiring for Sr IT Project Manager (Data) | Contract to hire | Remote Role: Sr IT Project Manager (Data) Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire Remote We are seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Data Analytics & Business Intelligence to lead a global analytics program from a project management standpoint. The program includes the implementation of scalable cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), deployment of advanced BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and alignment with regulatory standards such as FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Job Description

: - Bachelor’s degree. - 8+ years of experience leading IT projects of medium to large size in matrixed environments. - Extensive experience in regulated industries, with strong exposure to validation. - Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Proven experience leading projects involving data platforms, analytics tools, and visualization solutions (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake). - Familiarity with data migration strategies (structured/unstructured data, metadata, integrations) - Advanced Analytics & AI/ML: Exposure to projects involving predictive analytics, machine learning models, or AI-driven insights. - Experience in regulated industries, with a strong preference for exposure to medical validation projects. - Expertise in compliance frameworks like FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11. Skills & Competencies: - Vendor Management: proven experience with third-party vendors/SIs. - Migration & Upgrade Experience: SaaS/cloud transitions, system upgrades, data migration strategies. - Communication & Governance: steering committees, executive reporting, RAID management. Preferred Certifications: - PMP (Project Management Professional) - CSM / Advanced ScrumMaster - Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and DevOps methodologies - Tools Proficiency - Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, MS Project, Power BI
