Job Description We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented TDS Dunning Specialist to join our client's team through Acme Services. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate TDS reconciliation, effectively managing dunning-related queries from various stakeholders, and coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining precise financial records. Key Responsibilities - TDS Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile TDS as per books and 26AS, identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure compliance. - Query Handling (Dunning): Expertly handle queries of various stakeholders, including clients and internal client engagement teams, specifically related to Dunning processes and outstanding TDS matters. - Diverse Reconciliations: Take charge of handling various reconciliations beyond TDS, ensuring financial data accuracy across different ledgers and reports. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Foster effective interaction and coordination with cross-functional teams to facilitate information exchange, resolve issues, and streamline dunning processes. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all reconciliations, queries, and resolutions, providing clear and concise reports as needed. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation and dunning processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Skills - Proficiency in reconciling TDS as per books and 26AS. - Strong ability to handle queries from diverse stakeholders regarding Dunning. - Competence in handling various reconciliations. - Excellent interaction and coordination with cross-functional teams. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for discrepancy resolution. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data. Qualifications - Proven experience in TDS reconciliation and financial operations. - Demonstrable ability to manage and resolve stakeholder queries. - Experience in cross-functional collaboration within an organizational setting. - Background in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
