- Time zone of operation is 7am-2pm Pacific Standard Time for now.
- Compensation: $1000USD/month to start. Raises to $1200USD/month+ for experience/bonuses
- Tech budget & paid GHL certification (if not already certified).

What You'll Do

Build & Optimize Automations

Design end-to-end workflows in GoHighLevel (pipelines, triggers, webhooks, SMS/email sequences) that eliminate manual tasks.

Integrate via Make

Use Make (Integromat) to connect GHL with Meta Lead Ads, Google Sheets, Slack, Stripe, Calendly, Airtable, etc.—focusing on error-proof scenarios and clean data mapping.

Troubleshoot & QA

Track down Zap/Scenario failures, configure retries, handle edge-cases, and keep error rates

Documentation & SOPs

Create visual maps, Loom walkthroughs, and step-by-step guides so anyone can maintain or clone your automations.

Reporting Automation

Pipe platform data into Looker Studio / GHL dashboards for real-time KPI visibility.

R&D / Scaling

Evaluate and implement new GHL or Make features (AI Agent, webhooks V3, Custom Objects, etc.) before we ask for them.

Must-Haves

- 2+ years building production automations in GoHighLevel (sub-accounts, SaaS mode, triggers, campaigns, workflows, snapshots).
- Expert-level Make (Integromat) experience—routers, iterators, aggregators, data store, error handling, webhooks.
- Comfortable with APIs & JSON (POST/GET, auth tokens, parsing).
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead-to-appointment pipelines, and CRM best practices.
- English fluency and clear written documentation.

Nice-to-Haves

- GHL Agency Certification (attach badge or link).
- Meta Lead Ads setup & webhook debugging.
- Familiarity with dental/health-care compliance (HIPAA, CASL, TCPA).
- Experience with Stripe, QuickBooks API, or Twilio Studio.
