As part of our growing team, you’ll have the chance to drive operational excellence and contribute to a brand committed to sustainability and innovation Key Responsibilities: - Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally. - Order Management: Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds. - Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively address customer questions and concerns. - Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high customer satisfaction. - Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous product and service improvement. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries efficiently. - Knowledge of Shopify (preferred but not mandatory).
