In this role, you will lead the architectural design and development of scalable and high-performanceReact-based applications, driving innovation and ensuring best practices in frontend engineering. You will act as a mentor and technical leader, ensuring projects meet high standards ofperformance, maintainability, and user experience. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technical Leadership - Lead architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance React applications. - Define and enforcebest practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. - Providetechnical leadership, mentoring, and guidanceto development teams. - Conductcode reviewsand ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with stakeholders to translatebusiness requirementsinto technical solutions. - Partner withUX/UI designersto deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. - Participate inproject planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Stay up-to-date withlatest industry trends and technologiesin frontend development. - Drive adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and best practices. - Optimize applications formaximum speed, scalability, and security. - Maintaintechnical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design patterns. Required Skills & Experience - Education:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master s degree is a plus). - Experience:10+ years in software development with strong expertise infrontend technologies. - Proven experience as aTechnical Architector similar role in complexReact-based projects. - Strong hands-on experience with: - Languages & Frameworks:ReactJS, NextJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 - State Management:Redux, MobX, Context API - Testing Tools:Jest, Mocha, Cypress - Build & Package Tools:Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn - Strong knowledge ofDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. - Familiarity withserver-side technologies (Node.js, Express)is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. - Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilitiesto work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience withAgile methodologiesand project management tools (Jira, Trello). - Certifications in frontend technologies or cloud platforms are an advantage. Preferred Qualifications - Proven experience inenterprise-scale applications. - Prior exposure toglobal client environmentsand distributed teams. - Ability tolead and mentor teamsof frontend engineers.
