Role: Senior AEM Author

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AEM Author with over 5 years of experience in AEM authoring and Digital Asset Management (DAM). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO, web content QA, and AEM components/templates, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and performance of digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations.
- Organize and maintain DAM for efficient asset management.
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata.
- Perform QA on web pages, ensuring content accuracy and business alignment.
- Create and maintain testing checklists for content QA.
- Work with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes.
- Utilize AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
- Audit content for SEO compliance and performance metrics.
- Support content migration processes and AEM Cloud initiatives.

Required Skill-Set & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author.
- Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher) authoring, taxonomy, and DAM.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.
- Proven QA experience with checklist creation/maintenance.
- Hands-on with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with AEM Cloud and content migration processes.

Optional (Good to Have):

- Experience with AEM Forms, AEM Sites, or other AEM modules.
- Agile development environment experience.
- Exposure to digital marketing and conversion optimization.
- AEM Certification (preferred).
