Job DescriptionPosition : ZVP- Sales (South Zone)
exp : 15-18 yrs in FMCG/Beverages industry
Areas Covered : Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu & Kerala
Position reports to : VP-Sales
People reporting to him: Cluster Business Head, Business Managers, Business Head and support teams in regional offices
1) Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Head, Cluster Business Head and Managers. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
2) Sales Performance:
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the zone. Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions to address any shortfalls.
3) Market Understanding:
- Possess a deep understanding of the local market, including consumer behavior, competitor activities, and distribution channels.
4) Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers within the zone.
5) Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
6) Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget for the assigned zone and ensure efficient resource allocation.

- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.
