Role Overview

We seek a Product Analyst who will partner with Product Managers to uncover insights and ship datadriven features. You will own the full data lifecyclefrom extracting raw events in MongoDB to shaping dashboards and assisting product managers in building AI agents.

What Youll Do

- Perform dataled product and customer research using AIassisted analytics
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define success metrics, design experiments, and validate hypotheses.
- Design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines that move data from MongoDB and SaaS APIs into our cloud data warehouse (Redshift).
- Write efficient MongoDB aggregation queries and optimise indexes to ensure performance.
- Produce clear, compelling dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools; enable selfserve insights for stakeholders.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Product teams to surface insights and influence roadmaps.

What Were Looking For

- 13 years in a product analytics, data engineering, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience working alongside Product Managers in an agile environment.
- Strong SQL skills and handson proficiency with MongoDB (including aggregation framework).
- Practical experience building data pipelines and using cloud warehouses like Redshift
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into stories.

Nice-to-Have

- Familiarity with dimensional modelling and cloud warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar).
- Comfortable applying AI/ML techniques and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API) to solve business problems.
- Previous experience in early-stage startups (Series A/B) where rapid iteration and ownership were part of the day-to-day.
