Job description MEP Engineer Electrical Group Housing Projects Location Noida Experience 13 Years Education B Tech B E in Electrical Mandatory Employment Type Full Time Permanent Industry Type Real Estate Construction Department Construction Site Engineering Role Category Construction Engineering About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MEP Engineer Electrical to join our team The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in group housing projects and a strong understanding of electrical systems coordination with MEP services and on-site execution Key Responsibilities Electrical Systems Design review and oversee the installation of electrical systems including power distribution lighting and communication networks Calculate electrical loads and determine suitable equipment specifications Ensure compliance with electrical codes standards and safety regulations Coordinate electrical layouts with architects and other engineering disciplines Mechanical Plumbing Coordination Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems Review and coordinate drawings to prevent design clashes during execution Conduct site inspections to verify installations as per approved drawings and standards Project Coordination Management Work closely with project managers architects and contractors for timely execution of MEP works Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design schedule and quality requirements Address and resolve any technical or on-site issues promptly Cost Quality Management Assist in estimating MEP costs and preparing project budgets Identify cost-saving measures without compromising on quality Conduct inspections and ensure quality control as per project specifications and standards Preferred Candidate Profile B Tech B E in Electrical Engineering 1-3 years of experience in group housing or large-scale residential projects Strong understanding of MEP coordination and execution at site level Knowledge of relevant electrical and safety codes Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance
