As an ABM, you will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between hospitals, distributors, and internal teams. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge cardiovascular products and contribute to improving patient outcomes. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Leadership: - Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. - Execute territory sales plans and identify new business opportunities. 2. Relationship Management: - Build and sustain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), cardiologists, and hospital procurement teams. - Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Customer Communication & Reporting: - Provide regular sales updates, market insights, and feedback to the Regional Business Manager (RBM). - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy. 4. Revenue Flow & Collection: - Ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and efficient collection processes. - Maintain transparent communication with distributors and internal finance teams. 5.
