Role Description We are looking for a UI Developer who can independently design and build user interfaces from scratch for various web-based applications. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and an eye for detail. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to convert ideas into intuitive, modern, and high-performing UI screens. Role Requirment - - 2-3 years of work experience in UI - Design, build, and implement responsive UI for web applications from scratch. - Convert wireframes, prototypes, and product concepts into high-quality UI screens. - Ensure seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. - Implement clean, reusable, and scalable HTML, CSS, JavaScript code. - Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend teams for smooth data flow. Design Colloboration - - Work with product managers and designers to translate requirements into UI layouts. - Suggest UI/UX improvements to enhance usability and aesthetics. - Work on design systems, branding elements, and component libraries Quality and Optimisation - - Optimize UI for speed, performance, and browser compatibility. - Conduct UI testing, debugging, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation. - Ensure accessibility standards and best UI/UX practices are followed. How it is to work in a Startup - Take ownership of features end-to-end - Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with quick turnaround time - Be flexible and open to working on multiple projects simultaneously
