Role Summary:
A proactive, result-driven Assistant Manager is needed to grow business, drive revenue, and ensure payment recovery in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) sector. The role focuses heavily on sales, client relationship management, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, catering).
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms for profitability.
Client Relationship Management
- Engage with clients to understand needs and improve satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns promptly.
Operations & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work with procurement, logistics, and cold chain teams for smooth supply.
- Monitor inventory and forecast demand.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
Collection & Credit Management
- Ensure payment collections per credit terms.
- Implement strategies to reduce outstanding payments.
- Follow up and escalate overdue payments as needed.
