We are focused in technology innovation to accelerate the digital transformation of our customers, end users with a modern process driven development cycle ensuring high quality and scalable solutions that is compliant, secure, high performance and reliable. - 7+ years in OTM with 2+ full life cycle implementations. - Strong in SQL, XML, XSL, BI Publisher. - Expertise in OTM configuration: shipment planning, execution, freight settlement, sourcing, fleet management. - Skilled in B2B Integration (EDI, API). - Project Management, solution design & architecture knowledge. - Experience in development & support projects. - Excellent team leadership, conflict resolution, and customer service. - Knowledge of 3PL industry and other OMS/TMS systems. ✅ Role Responsibilities - Lead Customer Onboarding workstream and ensure standards. - Manage offshore resources and liaise with PMs. - Drive knowledge transition and mentor juniors. - Delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and monitor change requests.
