Job Summary: We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Teaching Faculty to conduct engaging and effective classes for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) aspirants. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual clarity in their subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics), good communication skills, and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students. Whether you’re an experienced JEE trainer or a fresher with strong academic knowledge and a flair for teaching, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the academic success of engineering aspirants.Key Responsibilities:1. Subject Instruction: Deliver classroom and/or online lectures in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics for JEE Main & Advanced preparation. Explain complex concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner. Use examples, illustrations, and problem-solving approaches to improve student understanding. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and solve previous years' question papers and mock tests. 2. Academic Planning & Content Delivery: Prepare daily lesson plans aligned with JEE syllabus and institute curriculum. Use standard textbooks, institute-provided material, and additional resources to guide students. Customize teaching methods based on student needs, batch level, and exam timelines. 3. Assessment & Evaluation: Design and conduct topic-wise/unit tests, mock exams, and practice worksheets. Regularly assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement. Track student progress and assist in their academic and exam strategies. 4. Student Mentorship & Engagement: Guide students in exam preparation strategy, time management, and conceptual clarity. Address individual learning gaps and motivate students to perform consistently. Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving among learners. 5. Coordination & Teamwork: Coordinate with academic heads, other faculty members, and administrative teams for scheduling and curriculum planning. Attend training sessions, faculty meetings, and workshops as required.Required Skills: Strong command over subject fundamentals (PCM) as per JEE syllabus. Ability to explain topics in an engaging, interactive, and simple manner. Fluent communication in English and/or Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus). Good classroom management and confidence in handling batches of 20–100+ students. Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, digital boards, tablets, etc.) is desirable.
