Purpose of the Job

Support growth and profitability of performance formulation business by providing insights and comprehensive analysis of financial performance to identify business improvement initiatives.

About the job (Job Responsibilities)

- Perform detailed profitability analysis on quarterly basis, that include a ''cost-to-serve'' model detailing out cost allocation to lowest level in customer and product hierarchy, thus allowing profitability analysis of segments/products/regions/plants/etc. to EBITDA level.
- Develop comparisons between periods and communicate to business teams by preparing presentation slides with comments and insights.
- Promote and improve the use of PowerBI reporting in the business line.
- Analyze business improvement initiatives.
- Provide support from financial perspective to Business and Finance functional projects.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations.
- Monthly financial closing and reporting.
- Financial planning and forecasting.
- Finance business partnering to global functions.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience)

- Essential educational qualifications, relevant experience and requested skills.
- Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) from a B-School with relevant experience.
- 5 to 8 years' experience in financial analyst / project controlling functions.
- Interested to work in chemical manufacturing industry with a global multi-national organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP, Business Warehouse, PowerBi, SAP Analytical Cloud)
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible, Feels comfortable in a demanding environment within an international context.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, creates enthusiasm, be a driver of change, analytical and fact-based.
