PKMS/WMI QA

PKMS / WMi QA Analyst – Job Description We are seeking an experienced PKMS / WMi QA Analyst to join our team and support quality assurance activities within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PKMS / Manhattan WMi, strong understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, and a proven track record in testing complex WMS functionalities. Key Responsibilities - Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for PKMS/WMi enhancements and new deployments - Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts - Validate end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, putaway, replenishment, and returns - Execute QA cycles, document results, track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues - Support production validation, cutover verification, and go-live readiness - Work closely with warehouse operations, IT, and cross-functional teams for successful implementations - Provide support for test data preparation and environment setup Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of hands-on testing experience with PKMS / Manhattan WMi - Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution business processes - Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and defect tracking (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Zephyr) - Ability to write SQL queries for data validation - Experience with EDI, integration testing, and interfaces with ERP / OMS systems (plus) - Excellent communication and documentation skills
