Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will work with children to create individualized therapy plans that promote their development in areas such as motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate families about therapeutic activities, and maintain accurate records to monitor progress. The role also involves identifying and adapting interventions to meet children’s unique needs, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for growth. Qualifications - Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques - Understanding of Pediatrics and developmental milestones - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, families, and teams - Background in Medicine or allied health fields is beneficial - Ability to develop customized therapy plans and evaluate progress effectively - Commitment to creating an engaging, child-friendly environment - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field - Experience in a similar pediatric therapy setting is an advantage
