Job Description Job Description Position: Graphic/Creative Designer Reports to: Team Leader / Marketing Lead Location: Chennai Experience Required: 46 years in graphic design / creative roles Department: Centralised Marketing Team Solidpro Group of Companies Purpose of the Role The Graphic/Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining Solidpro's visual identity across all digital and offline marketing materials. This role ensures that every piece of content from social media creatives to sales decks communicates Solidpro's brand consistently, clearly, and engagingly. The designer will translate complex technical and business concepts into visual storytelling, working closely with the content and digital teams to enhance campaigns, branding, and client communication. Key Responsibilities Design social media creatives, infographics, banners, posters, and digital contents for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Develop brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales decks that support sales and marketing. Design case studies, whitepapers, and reports in visually appealing layouts. Design creatives for trade shows, webinars, and events (backdrops, standees, invites, event decks). Create graphics and motion elements for email campaigns and newsletters. Assist in creating visual assets for video explainers and testimonial videos. Maintain brand guidelines across all design assets. Ensure consistent use of typography, colour palette, and logos across marketing materials. Create templates for presentations, reports, and proposals to be used by teams. Work closely with Content & Communication Specialist to bring stories to life visually. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist to design ad creatives and landing page graphics. Provide design support to leadership and sales teams for internal/external communication. Required Skills & Competencies Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of digital + print design projects. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong sense of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography. Ability to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines. Creativity to transform technical/engineering subjects into engaging visuals. Detail-oriented, with a focus on high-quality output.
